We had so far 2 jobs done by TW Appliance and both time we had a good experience. He didn't mind to come after business hours and fixed once our dryer and the other time our dishwasher in no time....

Travis is very professional and considering the time it took to make the repair, the price was extremely reasonable. I would definitely use his company in the future.

Travis repaired my ice-maker a few months ago... at that time I gave him a 5 star review. My ice-maker recently stopped working and I tried calling/emailing him. He hasn't returned any of my phone calls or emails and although at first he seemed to be reputable, I am now revising my review and my opinion of him. He is unreliable and does not back up his work. I am very disappointed.

We will call on TW Appliances for all future repair needs and highly recommend this company. We found Travis (and his uncle) to be very courteous, honest and professional. He came shortly after we called and carefully located the problem, explained our options and gave a very reasonable estimate for the job.
