I purchased a home from Turtle Creek Sudvivision in Gulfport, MS and I am not happy. Before closing escrow I noticed that the front door was not closing properly. When you twisted the door knob, while locked, you could actually push the door open! I was told by the builders representative that this was corrected so I signed papers to close. You guessed right, the door was not fixed properly and the door frame is still crooked.
The "people" at Turtle Creek somehow have a way to change my reviews. They are all Crooks that cannot stand the truth being told about their subdivision. They will not allow any reviews of their Face BOOK page or web site for instance. The review below is written by the contractors girl friend and is a total fabrication of the truth. They never heard a lie they did not like.

Happily, we were able to accommodate Mr. Sumner's demand to close prior to all punch list items being completed. Several attempts to schedule this repair since closing were not convenient to Mr. Sumner's schedule so we are still attempting to coordinate a time convenient to him. Further, Mr. Benton is not CEO of Turtle Creek and does not build anything. The builder, Concert Building Concepts, is making every effort to resolve the issue with Mr. Sumner's door which has nothing to do with walls which despite Mr. Sumner's statement to the contrary were built by Royal Concrete -- the original source -- and not by CBC which now builds the walls.
