I would avoid this place if at all possible for any major auto repairs and tires - They are only good for oil changes and inspections. They do not know what they are doing. They should really remove the word "Tire" from their name, as it is a lie and they do not offer many tires, nor are their prices competitive.

Have only went for oil changes and inspections. Usually very fast and friendly service.

I bought a new car a few days ago, I got it in Wilkesboro and drove it home and have driven it quite a bit since then. I took it to get in inspected today at Tuffy. What a coincidence that the check engine light comes on shortly after having it inspected. Now it's showing 5 different codes. I guess they did not expect my boyfriend to be a mechanic, and to realize they unhooked a few things and...

Today I had a heater hose issue and they had a service person go to my truck and they got me back on the road. So thankful to them

Thank you so much for your help today when I knocked my rearview mirror off. When you said "not much," you really meant it. Dutifully sitting home and waiting until Monday to reattach the mirror to make sure the adhesive properly sets. Enjoyed the nice free coffee and the bowl game on the tv... and chatting with other customers as we waited. Thank you, so much!
