They were outstanding! I have had a Tuff Shed before and they were just as outstanding as they were then. Anytime I have had an issue they addressed it very promptly.

I had 5 sheds built by them and they are really great. Craig the salesman we dealt with is a really great guy and I am very happy with the company overall. I had some minor issues and the company was right out to have it fixed.

I have made several attempts to get someone out here to level my tuff shed so I can close and lock the door. Do you think they care about their customers? Hell no, Once they got you hooked on selling you a shed, they forget all about you. I won't even give them to pleasure of rating them.

This is worst place to work! They will keep you for a year or up to two, and will lay you off even if you employee of the year! Because they do not want to pay more than $10-$12/hour. Also management (John Wanheimer) does not give a sh!t about employees even if they get hurt! What kind of company it that? Sheds are not best quality I ever seen nether! FAQ TUFF SHED!
