I wished I had read all comments before I hired Trugreen. Can never talk to a REAL person with problems. I will tell any one not to get your services.

Terrible communication, indifferent people, impossible to reach, poor service. The techs are nice but the whole Trugreen network is built on sales and credit card guarantees.

I had an issue with my service, but couldn't reach anyone locally. All of the local phone numbers transfer to national call centers. Always sales, never customer service. I eventually gave up, it wasn't worth the hassle. I'll be sending my future business to a local company, not a national chain.

I had Scale insects on my trees. TruGreen promised they would kill the insects completely. They said, if the insects came out this spring, they would treat them for free until the insects were completely gone. I spent hudreds of dollars on their sevices. They have to have the most obnoxious sales people. Have been to our house multiple times and will NOT take no thanks for an answer. Continue to argue with you over who does your service. If you have to be so agressive and rude to try to sell something it must not be worth buying
