Overall it's a good gym...it's kinda small but not too small. It beats out in my opinion the gold's and powerhouse gyms. You don't have big roid heads in there slamming weights but you do have some heavy lifters/serious lifters and people just staying fit and people looking to stay healthy in general. I give it a B overall.

Went there for a personal trainer but to my surprise the rest of the staff is very friendly ..great equipment and the management goes out of their way to be helpful. They keep a very clean gym. In my opinion it beats some big chain gyms with the personalized atmosphere.
