I purchased a LivingSocial deal for 6 classes and found it really useful. The 6 class pack was obviously not enough to learn Spanish, but it was a good start and it helped me on my trip to Spain.

I have been taking adult French classes here for the last 3 months or so, and I love it. They focus on learning to speak using visual cues rather than translating and conjugating, which I found really helpful. It's really exciting to come away from each class feeling that you're adding more to your vocab and speaking skills each week.

There are many dynamic word games and stories designed to push you from your comfort zone and strengthen your speaking abilities. I find it very mentally stimulating, and the instructors have always been engaged and knowledgeable.
