I had a perfectly pleasant experience today. I walked in and after a few seconds of browsing, someone came over to help. I was looking for a drill bit and he helped answer my question and offered a bunch of different options - even asking about my project to see if he could give me tips or an alternative. The cashier was equally friendly and my item was inexpensive. No complaints here!

They generally have what you need. and the older gentleman seems knowledgeable, but jesus...everyone in the store needs to learn some customer service skills. (thought the woman t the register is very nice). One positive though is that they are on sundays, unlike every other hardware store on the planet. God forbid you want a key made though....that is clearly their least favorite task.
