Excellent first-time experience. All very professional staff members. Although at the end I paid high taxes it was surely no reflection of Howard's lack of efforts to get my taxes done with the uppermost efficiency.

Very efficient and knowledgeable with a large supportive staff. I did specifically request to be told the percentage used in determine deductions for my rental but have not received that information.
