The guy came to look at my door and admitted that he had never worked on one like it before. He took the information and went back to do some research and call me back suggesting a few things to try before ordering replacement hardware. He said he could do it or I could give it a try. His suggestions worked and I avoided a costly replacement. Very nice experience.
