This one of the worst banking insitutions our corporation has ever worked with. We have our business, home loan, personal loan accounts here and from the top down when they make a mistake on payroll, ACH, billpay they try their best to blame it on the customer. Our corporation made a deposit for payroll services before the agreed time of collection that did not process. All employees checks...

I don't know about pretentious but they're extremely vague, tossing around and interchanging buzz-words, while leaving out pertinent information on management of your accounts. Keep an eye on these guys. They report increases to their income of over 10% every year, just from fees [account, ATM & overdrafts].
