place is falling a part, questionable maintenance, vendictive management (did not use to be that way), relatives working in office which we believe is not legal, rents are 741-1300 for these run down places. cannot complain without being threatened eviction and you'll get on the sh.t list. not unhappy, this is fact from experience, from friends and neighbors, check with Dallas Housing and get a Police report on crime, etc.. it is all true. rent is too high for situation, structure, building problems, maintenance and management issues, section 8, problems with neighborhood traffic,...
