Rented a car from them. I declined insurance and offered some deal for $17 it would cover my deductible if I had a accident. They never said it was $17 per day. Every time we called to talk to the manager he was out for 20 minutes. So we'd call back and same story. We played this game for several days before we actually talked to him and he offered to refund $42 of the $119 that the $17 per day...
