The business is never open!

I showed up for my appointment and ended up waiting with 3 others, however, no one ever showed up to open the business! A total waste of my time, ugh!! I heard this happens often there by a guy who works next door on the floor. I called and left them a message that I was mad but I never heard back from them. This is not a real business!!
