I went in late on a Friday afternoon for a much overdue oil change and I thought they probably wouldn't be able to get me in. To my surprise they got me in and started in my car within 5 minutes. I always get courteous service when I go.
I have had wok done three times on two different vehicles this year. The guys at Tracy's explain to me what the problem is and then step by step how they can fix it. They are very thorough. They are also very friendly and courteous. The best part is they are affordable. I feel they have been fair with their estimates. I would not even consider going anywhere else.
Went in to have my car looked at for front end rattling. They found no problems and said the rattle could just be due to age of the car but the front end and suspension is all solid. They did not try to sell me something I didn't need. They could have told me anything and I would have believed it. Honest place to go.
