I have lived in my townhouse for about a month and a half now, and I love the community! They are very responsive to service requests, offer valet trash/recycling service, and do a great job at keeping the community clean. The townhouse is very spacious and was very clean when I moved in. I love Township at Highlands!
Not a bad place to live. The landscaping outside is beautiful. They take pets. Garbage disposal is included in rent. The down side of living here is the gym hours suck, they are the same as the office hours. And the repair man is a heavy-set old Russian guy, that is not good at fixing things. And the walls are paper thin, you can here everything. Other then those things its a good place to live...
Here at the township they make you feel at home from the moment you ask about availability. The homes themselves look great both inside and out. The pool is heated and very nice when it is at temp. It's a smoke free community and my neighbours are friendly.
