I tell people I love where I live because it allows me to live a European lifestyle. There is a grocery store (Trader Joe's) that I can get to within 5 minutes. This allows me to shop more often and waste less food. Getting to major public transportation (BART) only takes a 15 minute walk. Beautiful, very well kept community with heated pools. The pathways are nicely lit, and it feels safe to walk at night, but the lights are strategically placed to not disturb anyone. Stacey and her staff are very friendly and made the application process easy compared to other places I've rented from. Lovely townhouse

This townhouse is so pleasant. It is newly updated from the floor to the windows. It is so very spacious and has a unique nook. The bedroom balcony overlooks the pool, and there's a nice size patio in the back. This townhouse has been more than perfect for my little family. The manager here is even wonderful!

My roommates and I moved to Townhouse Plaza in March of 2015.

There were some negative comments on review sites, but we've had literally no problems since moving in. Minor requests for maintenance (a broken screen, damaged window blinds) have been addressed promptly without issue.
