The service is deplorable. Don't bother to ask for extra towels, hangers, coffee, or pillows. They will never be delivered. The wait staff at some of the restaurants (especially Charlie's) was totally unacceptable & unresponsive to their customers. Visiting their establishment could cause you to wait almost 20 minutes for service even if you are the ONLY customers in the house (which we were)....
Good food, and plenty of it.The waitress made a mistake on my order, but quickly and pleasantly fixed it.My only complaint is that it is a piano bar, and the musician and singer were poor.
