The zipper head on the right shoe of my favorite pair broke, so I brought it in on 1/10/15 to get it replaced. Had three pair of boots done here, they did a great job very convenient and accommodating since I came when they were closing . I will definitely be bringing more shoes here for repair.

Horrible service under new management. I went three times to pick up items I had tailored and they were not open during posted business hours. The quality was poor and had to be fixed on one item and my items were not done a week later like quoted. They did their own thing without asking me first and it was not what I pai for. They are WAY over priced and the staff acted like it was my fault...
