My experience with Total Smiles has been great. They have a great and professional staff from the reception person, dental assistants and Dentist. I have recommended my family, friends and co-workers. My last visit on Friday 2/6/15 went well and I would like to thank the entire Total Smiles staff for making all my visits great.

The staff at the Durham location are very friendly, caring, and helpful. I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff there. If I had to make one complaint, it would be that some of the exam rooms are dirty. Meaning, I saw cobwebs in the ceiling by the windows, some gloves on the floor, and the bathroom was dirty as well. However, I was able to overlook those as I was very pleased...

The dentist and the assistants were great! But the front desk women are very rude. They complain about their job and make big deals out of nothing.I also didn't know the clientele they have is not what I expected. Very ghetto and loud.
