Read their reviews, bad news. They rename the company every few years because they get such a bad reputation. Trash a name and start with a new name. I had problems with them when they were Big A Mechanical and I thought I was calling a new company when I called TQS... Wrong, same crap work, same attitude. PLEASE Check them out before you call them

CANNOT RECOMMEND

Had them out twice through American Home Shield insurance. First time took 5 visits between their plumbing guy and electrician to finally settle on an issue. The electrician was fast and thorough, but 5 visits is a bit excessive.

Second issue was (and still is) a large drain leak through our walls. The plumber stuck a bill in our door and left without ringing the...

AHS sent them out to fix my AC, they were more interested in selling me a service contract than fixing the issue. They left without fixing the problem. I had to have another contractor sent out that was able to find and fix the problem.

Terrible service. They'll kill you with kindness, but it's not worth it. There is no follow up as constantly promised, they are mos behind in sending you information for rebates that were promised to be within 3 wks of the work, they don't have their facts straight promising 50% savings on the power bill when …

Terrible company. They'll kill you with kindness, but follow up on nothing and their facts aren't exactly correct. We were promised 50% savings on our power bill if we installed 2 new units...yeh, it's 10-20% max. Save yourself a lot of frustration and insults to your intelligence...go with another company.
