It is my liquid therapy / fast today. I only drink milk, water, juice and tea on mondays. Also i go silent (maun varat) for two hours on all mondays. It gives me a sense of an immense joy, pleasure and self-achievement. Truly, it keeps me healthy, ever energetic and fit. Health is wealth, the one who is fit is really a hit.
