My first time at the salon was great. Kristen was a "miracle worker" on my hair...as I had tried to "fix" it by myself. She gave me excellent tips on how to style my natural curl. Looking forward to going back in a few weeks.
Was able to bring in pictures and Kimberly got it right, spot on! I've already gotten so many compliments. I feel great! The reason for 4 stars and not 5 was the lack of communication for using toner. It seemed necessary to use but then found out I was being charged for it. Maybe next time allow the client to decide if they want the extra charge first.
I live 2 hours away from this salon, but it was the only place I found that does what I was looking to for my hair. This was my first visit to this salon. I will go back to them. Everyone that works there is great, nice and very helpful. When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist was very friendly on the phone.
