I have been here 3 or 4 times, and several times to (Onami). I don't believe any one can complain about the service here. We always get seated promptly and get out drinks right away. Horrible experience. Buffet is advertised until 2.30 pm. We arrived at 2.28 pm because we were running a bit late after encountering a police road block nearby and doors were already closed. They opened to see who were we and turned us away saying we were late. Hosts at counter very rude. Zero customer service quality and just plain rudeness...

I used to go to the previous location known as Onami, the first time I have been at Tora last week. Terrible experience with the food, especially the cooked foods, like fried rice, tempura etc. It's hard to find tasteless fried rice, and charcoal like tempura!! Won't go and waste my money anymore. By the way, if you want to have lobster or jumbo shrimps, they don't provide anymore. Think before...
