Tony's Best Way is very courteous and very customer-service oriented. They determine ahead of time what they are going to do and what I can expect. The workers made sure to educate me about my new floor and how to take care of it. They basically finished the job when they said they would and did a very good job.
I had an appointment for Tony's Best Way to clean my leather couch, chair, and ottoman. It was my first time using them, and they explained everything on every step of the way. While they were doing the cleaning, I asked them about setting up an appointment about cleaning my Persian rug and they were able to do it at the same time, I didn't have to make an appointment. Overall, the experience was fine. I just used Tony's Best Way Carpet Cleaning once, and they were very pleasant, nice, and accommodating.
