I'm not really a breakfast person but a coworker told me to try the french Toast. Best decision EVER!

I have had good French toast before but West Egg's Banana Bread French Toast takes the cake. It comes topped with Caramel sauce and fresh cut bananas and definitely tops the list of best ever.

Inconsistent Execution

Toast is always packed for Sunday brunch, for the bloody mary and mimosa sipping crowd recovering from a long night at Halo or some other nearby watering hole. I've had weeknight dinners at Toast several times. Both the service and the food are terribly inconsistent. I've had bread and dishes so good that I've thought about them for weeks, and I've had dishes so bad that I felt ripped off. Sometimes the service is very professional and on point, and sometimes I've had to wait way to long between courses and to settle up, especially when other surrounding tables got better service before...
