I've been coming here for 10 years. Keeps getting worse every visit. Going on 2 hours to fix a tire and change oil. Apparently some of the workers didn't show up today. Getting very service, need...

I called Tires Plus to set my appointment. The manager (Steve) was very friendly and accommodating regarding my schedule. Very convenient location - easy to get off and back on the highway. When I arrived, I found the desk person knowledgeable and helpful toward my needs. The lounge area was clean, fresh cold water was available and a television was there to help pass the wait time. Tire Plus was terrific. I spoke with the manager, Steve, when making my appointment. He was friendly, knowledgeable and able to accommodate my schedule. The shop location provides for easy access both coming off the highway and back on. 03/27/2014 tires plus changed the oil in my car,then in 03/30/2014 melted the engine!,even a quart of oil was found!.Tires Plus checked my car and they told me was not the tires plus responsability ,they dont know what happened with my car,but dont wanna pay my motor!
