I was not given a receipt at the time the my car was towed. I called back and asked for a receipt and was told that they will charge me $25.00 for a copy and when I questioned having to pay for a copy I was told that I needed a copy of my registration. When I told them that the car was in the shop and I could not get to it she got very belligerent with me and told me she was trying to help me....
