They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived...

I am a well educated healthcare professional. I was rudely and unprofessionally spoken to by this office's manager. If she wants to play the snob game....I will certainly play along. I will never be back. Nor will any other health professional whom I intend to inform of this offices unfortunate choice in office managers.
