I had my wife's Rolex watch serviced at a different place. The watch never worked right . I went into time zone and I asked what could be wrong with it. Their watchmaker opened it up. What he showed me was amazing, he explained how it works , why it works, and the problem it had . Well I spent $800.00 at the other place and been back 3 times and it never ran right . I had time zone re-repair it and it runs well. They replaced one part and cleaned it to their specs all for $550.00 with a 2yr warranty. I haven't had to take it back for anything , Except I did have time zone order me a diamond bezel for it and my wife loves it,
