I wish I could give it no stars, but in order to write a review.... We have been getting the run around since day one wi...th time Warner!! Had to argue with customer service to allow me to pay a flipping bill. Then they said someone would be here between one and two today to hook up our service at the pole. And we saw a technician at the pole but still have no services!!!!! Wtf I thought u had...

This piece of shit company has me on vacation mode chargeing me 36.21 just got a bill for 369.78 after 55 min. On phone... They tell me there is nothing they can do !!! Dishonest cheating motherfuckers i hope you all die and choke on this 369.78 because im not paying it!!!!!!!!!

Long Story I'll try to keep it short and to the point . We moved on Oct. 2nd 2014 . On or around Oct. 4th I was hospitalized until the 13th during which time my co-tenant called TWC to transfer service to our new address. I have Paid my TWC bill both by mail and online account.On reveiwing my paper billing statements I had 2 or 3 with the same due dates Oct 30th and all were increased amounts....
