The previous owner of the agency was much better. The staff gave me incorrect information and one told me I was being "offensive" when I asked why my charge was so high.

Tim Edwards took over this State Farm office a few years back, getting all the previous clients. It is impossible to reach him by phone. He's only met with me once, and all he did was try to up-sell me on any and every type of insurance imaginable. If you want any help or have any questions you must go through his assistants, who are incompetent. They don't know anything and they won't...
