I recently dealt with Mark at Ticket America for Blackhawks tickets. It was a last minute plan with my in laws coming into town and Mark really knocked the customer service aspect out of the park....

Great service again! I recently bought 4 tickets to Josh Groban and could not have been happier. This was a present for myself and my wife for our anniversary. We had dinner downtown and went to the show. The seats were excellent and we both had a great time. I will purchase from them again.

I purchased 5 super bowl tickets for the game in Arizona. I had some reservation because I was spending over 12,000. of my companies money. I could not have been any happier. They explained the seating diagram and got me my tickets 2 days later. I would buy from them again ( and have) since then. I like knowing who I am dealing with instead of a computer screen. Great Service, Great Service, Great Service !!

I needed 3 cubs tickets for a birthday present. They got me seats 7 rows behind the cubs dugout. After batting practice Lou Pinella tossed my son a baseball. I will never forget that experience with my family. Thanks Ticket America !
