I had two tires delivered here from Tire Rack. They called me on Wednesday and informed me they could not do it on Thursday morning. I went there on Friday morning and they were CLOSED. Called them and they told me they would be open by lunch time. Their published service hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

I called Tire Rack to complain about their service.
Went to Thunder Alley after lunch and they DENIED service because I had called Tire Rack. They have very rude manners. AVOID AT ALL COST.
