The course on “Improving Relationships” I took last summer has proved invaluable to me in my new relationship and the techniques I learned got us over two rough communication areas. My partner couldn't see my viewpoint, but when I used the communication techniques that I was taught, she had some space to communicate with me. She has learned to trust that I will not ignore her perspective and this has made her more open in her communications with me. I can't thank Joanne enough for giving me the tools I needed to improve the quality of my relationships with others.
