Front office staff is very rude on the phone! I've never even been to this place, but just talking to them on the phone will keep me from making an appointment!
This dentist installed a crown which fell out 14 months later. He also added many questionable charges to our account after we asked him to fix billing discrepancies. Learn from our mistakes and find a dentist with better skill and more integrity.
I have three children who each had braces at the time. The total was over $10k. My daughters' teeth were the worst. Her braces costs around 5k. I was told it could take up to 24 months. They took the braces off in about 14 months. She now needs them again. I have new insurance and fully expect to pay for them. I am now told there will be a $60.00 office visit just for the consultation...
Friendly, competent staff. I always feel comfortable and welcome when I visit. Staff is cheerful and I suspect it is because their "boss" is a warm and caring individual.
