Fun old style radio plays. Great training ground for voice actors. Best desserts and coffee. Reasonable priced.

What fun

This is a hidden jewel in the Sacramento theater community. It's like sitting in front of an old time radio, but here you get to watch the radio plays being performed. Their performances are irregular, so check their website for a current performance schedule.

I love this place! Always a great source to find great new plays written by local playwrites. They serve delicious deserts during intermission.

There is plenty of entertainment in this cozy, converted Victorian mansion in midtown Sacramento. The space of Thistle Dew Dessert Theater has a living room feel to it, with only 39 seats.
