I wish I could give zero stars! This place screwed up my engraving and had an "oh, well you can purchas another watch" attitude about it. This store and their employees were wonderful to me. I had to go back 3 times to fix a frame that I got (The first time was their mistake, the second time was mine - they redid the whole thing for me both times!) and they were SO nice about it every time. For a pain in the a$$ customer (me) they were still super gracious and understanding. I really appreciated it and the end result was gorgeous!
