A terrible experience from start to finish! I went into the store to order my granddaughter a jewelry/music box. I was told it would be ready on the 22nd of Dec. Upon arriving at the store they said they were sorry but at 2AM that very morning, they discovered there was not an engraving plate in the box! I am yet to have this gift! The staff was very young and more interested in "goofing off!"...
