Nice place , but birthday parties needs to be better organized, and laser tag equipments do not function properly. My party host was pleasant !

Had both of my kids' parties here and we had a blast! Yesterday we had the twins host my son's minion bash and they went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and that the kids enjoyed themselves. We absolutely love this place!

We are from NJ. I asked my 9 yr.old son where he wanted to go on vacation. All he kept saying was I want to go back to the wow factory. The Wow factory has a special kind of atmosphere that no other place can compare to. The staff is very friendly and professional. The facility is very clean and fresh looking. This is a first class act and worth every penny we spent here. Keep up the good work...
