This place is bad news. For your safety, your sanity, and your wallet. The owner just doesn't give a darn. He'll do and say whatever he pleases. After hearing about all of the gun activity, I'm going to see if I can't get my lease cancelled.
Just heard about the review battle from someone downstairs in the smokeing area. This place is terrible, and the owner does get on with fake accounts to post positive reviews. I'm concerned about all the gun activity in the building.
BREAKING UPDATE: A resident was held at gunpoint on the 12th floor last night (3/22/13). There were 4 or 5 cop cars here. The suspect was apprehended. Management is telling residents that the resident is a drug dealer (patently false, and he's lived here for over 20 years).
