This handsome corner restaurant, anchored at W. 57th Street and Sixth Avenue in The Quin hotel, has a long wine list and an impressive array of cocktails (the bison grass vodka and lime concoction is particularly good). Never mind that a “wayfarer” is a person who travels, especially by foot --- the menu mostly features seafood. Start with the addictive fried oysters (made even better by the...

Very limited menu unless you like brunch items for lunch on Saturday.
Really exceptional food. Everything was delicious, and the menu was eclectic and inviting. A bit pricey - my burger was $24. But really good.

Terrific varied menu, delicious food and great service. Lovely ambience, Highly recommended.
Went during restaurant week during lunch. Our server was good and the f&b manager was fantastic because he was always making sure everything was ok. Loved the braised short rib pappardelle pasta....so good. Had the Salmon Tartar and the truffle creme fraiche was so light and fresh....so good. Will definitely be coming back during regular hours to try the other options on the menu.
