Really exceptional food. Everything was delicious, and the menu was eclectic and inviting. A bit pricey - my burger was $24. But really good.

My wife and I decided to try The Wayfarer for a pre-opera dinner because it was near our hotel. We were very pleased with our decision. The food was very tasty and innovatively presented, and the portions were good-sized without being overly large. The service was excellent, as well. Went during restaurant week during lunch. Our server was good and the f&b manager was fantastic because he was always making sure everything was ok. Loved the braised short rib pappardelle pasta....so good. Had the Salmon Tartar and the truffle creme fraiche was so light and fresh....so good. Will definitely be coming back during regular hours to try the other options on the menu.
