Crooks. Installed unit 8 years ago. I've spent more money to maintain it than with anything else. Tank fell over and they want to charge me 200 dollars to stand it up. I told them to shove it. Spending another 1800 to install a new unit. Hire a real company. If you hire these people the YOU will need the doctor.
If you go with this company, get ready for a very hard sell - you will be promised the world. We were told that with a $2000 whole house system there would be NO maintenance, we were getting a great price, etc..... not at all true. There is lots of expense that goes along with these systems.
