I should have given this place a 5 star review. It's genuinely a great place for shipping services. They've been in business for nearly two decades. Can you think of any local business that would be around for almost two decades if they treated their customers like these "reviews" say they do? …

One of the worst service. The man that runs the store always make you feel like he is doing you a favor. Someone should open a new one in newark

Bad customer service. The younger girl I'd is okay but the Indian lady was rude. Made you feel like she was doing you a favor. Willing to drive to the one in Fremont than ever go there again.

Worst ups store ever. Most unfriendly staff. My morning is disturbed because of him. They charge $8 for the exact same tape you get in dollar tree.
