The associates are great! The boss on the other hand is horrible. Ive seen here walking around and getting her employees and customers upset. I once witnessed her yelling and swearing at an elderly women who and slamming a paper down hardvon the counter. I do not recommended going here unless you want her to be rude to you.
Recently has this store pack and ship two boxes of xmas gifts (they packed + shipped). They transposed the labels and shipped the boxes to the wrong addresses. When their mistake was brought to their attention they told me they weren't going to do anything about it...great customer service!
These people obviouslly don't get it-try another location.
What is lower than 1 star? This store packed and shipped 2 boxes of xmas gifts...then transposed the lables. When the boxes reached the WRONG locations because of their error, they told me to go pound dirt. I'd go to another store if I'm you!
