It is currently 1:52pm and I've been waiting outside this building for 25 minutes. "Gone to lunch back in 30" is such a vague message, and I wish the store clerk would have given a time frame....

Fuck this location. The entire concept of UPS is reliability - above all. Employees should be helpful and polite, but most importantly, PRESENT. Location closes early and opens late. Complacency...

I called a few times to get a hold of someone who could provide more info about a package that I dropped off to be mailed out immediately, but to my surprise was never received. This has nothing to do with the particular store but UPS as a company. I don't know why people choose them over usps. It makes it very difficult when I shop online and they decide to use ups.
