Usually, I would steer clear of these corporate run 'haircut' places but I've been going here for about 4 years now and they are incredible.

I waited for about 25 minutes. No big deal. I tell the young lady what I want, long layers, trim one inch off the bottom. The first cut she makes looks about 4 inches . I cringe and I say something but it's too late. She was unable to end out my hair so it looks very lopsided and choppy. People, I have a full head of thick wavy hair. She cut so much of it looks like my hair is thinning out....

Crappy stylist, great manager

I went in to get my red-dyed hair touched up, and walked out crying with a purply-black concoction. I called the salon and the stylist Maryam asked me to wait an hour and then come back for her to fix it. AN HOUR? While I was there, I also watched with a sinking stomach another customer freak out on the stylist because she continued to cut his hair shorter than he had asked. \r
