German tavern on the outside, sports bar on the inside, this Clarksville "classic" has been slinging drinks since the '30s and now hosts a "loud, boisterous" crowd that touts its "ton of TVs", "great beer selection" and "solid" pub grub; the "friendly staff" ensures it's "nothing but good times", while modest prices score points for wallet-watchers.

A historic German-modeled neighborhood pub with enticing daily food and drink specials and sports on a dozen televisions.

In Short
A classic neon sign advertises that this two-story half-timbered faux chalet is air-conditioned. Past the green-and-white exterior sits a graffiti-marked bar and a jukebox...

We got their fresh guacamole and asked for carrots & celery, which they willingly accommodated. Very yummy! Wine was...
