great cooking and wines in an out of the way location.
This restaurant is not open all the time (a few times a month on the weekend). Matt and Yvette are the owners and very personable. Matt tells all about the food courses and the wine that he has paired with each course. It is definitely my favorite place to go. They have wine for sale at the best prices in Sacramento.
Supper club is a PURE WINNER! The menu's are creative and reflective to what is fresh from the farm. Chef Matt's creations are a culinary feast! Just when you think you have had enough on this Pre Fixe menu they come out with seconds. Try the wine pairing menu's - great deal and wines perfectly paired with the foods!
Interesting, but seems to be lacking something. It is located in a truly dreadful neighborhood.
Arrive hungry because you will want to finish every delectable bite. Friendly service, rustic chic decor, spot-on wine pairing. The chef introduces the menu and wines in an unassuming and friendly style. The surprise course (amuse bouche) is always exquisite and usually playful. Relax, take you time and enjoy an epicurean experience.

The Supper Club serves fixed-price dinners on Fridays and Saturdays with optional wine pairings where Matt Woolston, head chef and owner, prepares monthly menus guaranteed to ravish your senses. There is one seating per evening.
Wine and appetizers are served at 6:30, dinner service begins at 7:00. The Supper Club also caters off site event. Dates are available upon request.
