Even after considering the lower cost by using a Groupon or Lifebooker coupon you don't get what you paid for. I purchased spa treatments for my stressed wife as a way of getting her to relax. She was treated with the most discourteous treatment she has ever run into - and she has been getting spa treatment for several decades! Due their mis-scheduling they advised her that her 60 minute massage would only be for about 30 minutes as they had someone coming at that time. The receptionist didn
First of all the laser hair removal machine they use is ancient. It barely works. I feel like I keep going and see hardly any change. Secondly the receptionists are nasty. All of them. I called back a few days later to book the appointment for me and my friend and was told the same thing - 45 minutes and results. Plus, I got a call the day before confirming our appointments. When we showed up for the appointment the guy at the front desk told us that one of us had the cellute treatment and the other had a facial, that the cellulite was only 20 minutes and the...
